In the Member Experience team, you will provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance member experience through effective communication and collaboration with various teams.

Lead the electrical architecture and technical direction of energy storage systems, including inverters, batteries, BMS, and microgrid interconnect devices. Own designs from concept through production and field deployment, including schematics, PCB strategy, validation, reliability testing, and debugging. Build and mentor an electrical engineering team, collaborate across firmware, manufacturing, mechanical, and reliability functions, oversee end-of-line testers, and drive continuous product improvement.

Lead Connecticut operations for residential battery deployments, overseeing warehouse and materials flow, installation crews, quality, safety, customer experience, and local market execution. Develop scalable processes, analyze performance data, manage utility and municipal relationships, and coordinate with central Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product teams. Ensure inventory accuracy, material staging, NEC compliance, and reliable end-to-end installation delivery.
