Leads technical migration programs for life sciences clients, overseeing project teams, budgets, milestones, risks, escalations, timelines, and quality. Translates business and data requirements into technical specifications, coordinates data engineers and scientists, and provides executive-level reporting. Supports sales activities through effort estimation and planning, while ensuring successful implementation, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for pharmaceutical clients, including CloudPages, forms, email, SMS, data automation, customer journeys, APIs, CRM integrations, and consent logic. Collaborate with consultants and campaign managers to translate requirements into compliant technical solutions. The role requires strong SFMC, SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, API, and CRM experience, with pharma or life sciences experience preferred.

Serve as a subject matter expert on master data management or data platform implementations for life sciences clients. Address HCP/HCO data quality, CRM master and reference data, and integration of IQVIA or Veeva data with client data. Translate requirements into working solutions alongside architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders. The role requires strong customer engagement data knowledge, consulting communication skills, and expertise in either MDM or data platforms.
