Travels extensively to meet prospects and customers, promotes waterjet garnet abrasives, maintains technical product expertise, manages CRM records and sales data, represents the company at trade shows, and oversees distributor relationships.

Identify and pursue sales opportunities for garnet abrasives and waterjet parts. Contact prospects, provide product and technical support, prepare quotes and bids, maintain customer records, process sample and parts orders, and resolve customer issues. Collaborate with regional sales managers, sales, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, organization, sales follow-up, computer proficiency, and technical or mechanical aptitude.
