Lead and grow the Southeast sales region for Bartlett Roofing by managing Sales Managers and reps, recruiting talent, driving KPIs and market performance, conducting field coaching, and partnering with cross-functional leadership to scale operations and ensure long-term success.

Manage customer invoicing, receive and reconcile payments (ACH, checks), maintain payment records, produce aging reports, follow up on overdue balances and insurance claims, resolve billing discrepancies, assist month-end AR close, collaborate with Sales and Accounting, and improve AR processes while delivering excellent customer service.

Perform door-to-door lead generation and full sales cycle for residential roofing: conduct roof inspections, meet insurance adjusters, educate homeowners, close sales, and document activities in CRM and mobile tools. Work is field- and office-based with paid training and uncapped commission.
