Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, maintaining job-site files, processing invoices and contract documentation, logging subcontracts and change orders, coordinating couriers, supporting project start-up and closeout, managing office supplies, and following up with subcontractors. The role requires strong office organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for occasional nights, weekends, and extended hours.
