Produce, edit, and publish audio and video podcast episodes aligned with Barry Ad Company marketing goals. Handle technical setup, recording troubleshooting, post-production (audio/video), platform uploads, asset organization, scheduling, and support student staff while meeting deadlines and brand standards.

Assist clinical faculty by guiding podiatry students in radiographic image interpretation, equipment operation, radiation safety, proctoring practical exams, preparing teaching materials, and maintaining lab organization and cleanliness.

Live-in, 12-month graduate staff supporting residential operations, supervising Desk Assistants, assisting RAs with programming, handling on-call emergency response, documenting incidents, managing facilities issues, and referring students to campus resources.

Provide circulation desk services (check materials in/out, manage reserves, enforce visitor policy), maintain floor counts and sign-in, reshelve and shift collections, maintain and assist patrons with photocopiers, file loose-leaf law titles, support special projects and staff as assigned. Approximately 15 hours/week; hours may include days, evenings, or weekends.

Monitor Fine Arts computer labs to ensure safety, security, and orderly operation; open/close studios; maintain printers/scanners; provide technical support for Adobe Creative Suite; enforce lab policies and report issues; notify Public Safety for emergencies; manage supplies and sign-in/out procedures.

Provide administrative, programmatic, and operational support for mission integration and institutional belonging initiatives. Duties include scheduling and reporting for coalitions, event logistics, maintaining digital/physical resources, supervising undergraduate student employees, and collaborating with campus partners to advance inclusive community and mission-focused programming.

Provide front-line administrative support to the Office of the President, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mail, coordinating events at the President's House, supporting calendars and P-Card reconciliations in WorkDay, serving as liaison for student groups, and assisting with social media content capture and logistics.

Support pre-clinical anatomy labs by assisting students in locating and identifying structures, answering questions, proctoring lab exams, preparing lab materials, and supervising lab cleanliness. Must review lab instructions and assigned materials before sessions.

Support faculty in the Physical Diagnosis lab by demonstrating clinical skills, assisting and supervising student lab groups, grading assignments, proctoring exams, preparing lab materials, and maintaining lab cleanliness during the Spring semester.

Support graduate biomedical sciences faculty as a teaching assistant and tutor for Histology, Gross Anatomy, and Human Physiology. Duties include assisting students in labs, setting up and cleaning labs, tutoring outside lab, proctoring lab exams, and communicating electronically with students. Use Anatomage table and learning management systems (Examsoft, Canvas).
