Maintains fleet records, coordinates vehicle servicing, supports permit and plan review processes, and manages mail, packages, pickups, and local deliveries.

Lead and mentor transportation engineers and manage traffic projects including traffic impact studies, safety audits, signal retiming and design, traffic-calming, school-zone and intersection design, and PennDOT HOP permitting. Serve as client liaison, oversee project delivery, support staff development, and ensure technical and regulatory compliance.
