Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety and compliance, manage inventory and costs, handle customer service issues, supervise staff, prepare reports, and collaborate on menu development.

Ensure timely, accurate plating and delivery of food orders, maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, stock supplies, monitor pace and productivity, follow recipes and food-safety practices, and coordinate servers and runners to deliver complete orders.

Oversee daily restaurant operations including food prep, health and safety compliance, inventory/purchasing, customer service and complaint resolution, staff supervision, cash and sales records, equipment maintenance scheduling, menu collaboration with chefs, and reporting to regional management.
