Part-time AM or PM site coordinator for a before/after-school program. Plan and supervise daily activities, ensure student and staff safety, manage attendance and payroll, communicate with parents and school staff, run staff trainings, follow safety/incident procedures, and maintain site cleanliness. Position requires reliable transportation and relevant certifications (First Aid/CPR/AED, DCFS reporting, EpiPen training).

Provide one-on-one supervised inclusion for a child in after-school recreation programs. Follow site supervisors' directions, encourage positive behavior and socialization, support skill and confidence development, maintain safety and risk-management procedures, attend meetings and trainings, perform light housekeeping related to program operation, and hold required certifications (First Aid/CPR/AED).

Oversee administration, development, and daily operation of preschool and early childhood programs. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; develop curriculum and lesson plans; manage registration, billing, budgets, purchasing, payroll, records, and events; teach and substitute as needed; ensure safety, health, and compliance with Illinois Early Learning Standards.
