Manages physical, occupational, speech therapy, and athletic training services across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and hospice settings. Provides medically prescribed physical therapy treatments, leads department operations, supervises staff, supports accountability and safety, and participates on the hospital’s department managers team.

Provide HR services and ensure compliant personnel recordkeeping. Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles: create/post job ads, source/screen candidates, coordinate onboarding and New Employee Orientation, advise hiring managers, and maintain HR compliance and best practices.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams and related procedures; manages sonography room operations, patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance. Maintains certifications, completes CME, provides patient-centered care, and reports equipment issues.
