The Associate Product Manager translates business and customer needs into user stories, manages digital backlogs, conducts UAT, triages defects, and supports website, app, content, and campaign updates. The role also audits customer journeys, manages digital content and support inquiries, validates analytics tracking and integrations, creates reports, and recommends platform improvements through customer feedback and behavioral data.

Provide front desk and play lounge customer service, drive membership and retail sales, support studio operations and events, maintain a clean welcoming environment, assist the Studio Manager with client communications and special projects, and ensure child safety in the play lounge.
