Coordinates studio operations, local marketing, CRM campaigns, events, retail inventory, staff recruitment, and onboarding across Portland and NYC locations. The role develops SOPs and training materials, manages client lifecycle communications, supports community activations and local events, coordinates creative shoots, and distributes retail products across Portland studios. It requires strong communication, organization, initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail, with regular work at the Portland home office and five local studios.

Provide front desk and play lounge customer service, drive membership and retail sales, support studio operations and events, maintain a clean welcoming environment, assist the Studio Manager with client communications and special projects, and ensure child safety in the play lounge.

Drive in-studio class and retail revenue by executing the sales process, CRM outreach, and promotional marketing. Train and support Studio Operations team, maintain hospitality and studio standards, and partner with the Studio Manager to meet KPIs and execute events. Work onsite during high-traffic times, including weekends.
