Create, shoot, edit, and publish native short-form content; develop growth strategies; run testing and optimization; manage creator, influencer, and UGC partnerships; and connect social performance to trials, subscriptions, and memberships. Track audience, content, partnership, and conversion metrics while maintaining brand standards and authentic community engagement.

Support the Studio Manager to grow class and retail revenue, drive CRM-based conversion and retention, lead staff trainings, maintain excellent client experience and studio operations, and work peak hours (15-20 onsite hours/week).

Provide front desk and play lounge customer service, drive membership and retail sales, support studio operations and events, maintain a clean welcoming environment, assist the Studio Manager with client communications and special projects, and ensure child safety in the play lounge.
