The Staff Accountant will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely processing of vendor invoices and customer billing.

Manage end-to-end execution of field and construction projects (F&B installs, remodels). Own client relationships, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, permitting, staffing, and project closeout while protecting margin and ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Maintain the master schedule and dispatch technicians, coordinate travel/lodging, track schedule changes, perform administrative support for PMs (data entry, Procore, mHelpDesk), maintain resource boards and labor forecasts, liaise between PMs/Field/Procurement/Accounting, participate in ops meetings, and escalate issues affecting schedule, budget, or customer satisfaction.
