Leads HR operations through direct reports, overseeing employee lifecycle administration, compliance, policy governance, service delivery, process improvement, budgets, vendors, and operational controls. Partners cross-functionally, supports employee relations and investigations, ensures compliant employment practices, and drives organizational effectiveness. Requires strong HR expertise, leadership, regulatory knowledge, HRIS experience, communication, project management, and change-management skills.

Develop and review mechanical engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, equipment selections, technical reports, cost estimates, and bid packages for industrial projects. Support multidisciplinary teams serving mining, power, oil and gas, and manufacturing clients. Coordinate project execution, monitor milestones, communicate with clients, and provide construction observation and field surveying. The role may lead mechanical engineering or project management activities for capital projects.

Leads cultural resources management projects, including archaeological surveys, testing, data recovery, reporting, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Manages scopes, budgets, schedules, field crews, subcontractors, and client relationships while supporting NEPA and Section 106 requirements. Reviews technical and environmental documents, conducts due diligence, mentors staff, and collaborates with scientists, engineers, agencies, tribes, and clients. The role requires extensive CRM and Northern Plains principal investigator experience, professional archaeology registration, periodic travel, and fieldwork in challenging industrial and outdoor environments.
