Provides portfolio and strategy analytics for equity investment strategies, including performance attribution, risk exposures, factor analysis, portfolio construction, and competitive intelligence. Partners with portfolio managers, leadership, sales, marketing, and client service teams to deliver reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable insights. Maintains monthly reporting, supports RFPs and investor communications, improves workflows through automation, manages projects, and mentors junior associates.

Serves as the firm’s first point of contact by managing reception, visitors, calls, conference rooms, catering, refreshments, and office presentation. Supports HR and workplace operations through onboarding, events, recognition programs, tracking reports, communications, intranet updates, vendor coordination, maintenance requests, and special projects. Provides conference support and assists with shareholder and client inquiries while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and strong follow-through.
