Maintains planning, scheduling, tracking, and forecasting systems for maintenance operations. Builds and troubleshoots spreadsheets, organizes operational data, monitors job progress, identifies resource gaps and scheduling conflicts, generates leadership reports, and coordinates with operations, dispatch, IT, and software vendors. Supports process improvement, system accuracy, and resource planning while maintaining high attention to detail and data integrity.

Leads and develops a Project Coordinator team while managing complex crane, rigging, and heavy haul projects. Serves as project manager and primary customer contact, assigns project resources, coordinates labor and equipment, resolves operational conflicts, monitors project risks and financial performance, and reports status to branch leadership.

Supports engineers in designing and documenting heavy-lift and transport equipment. Creates CAD models, concept and fabrication drawings, load-testing documentation, specification sheets, and equipment packages. Assists with basic mechanical design, structural analysis, troubleshooting, fabrication support, and design revisions while following applicable drawing standards. The role includes hands-on learning, collaboration with engineers and field personnel, occasional job-site visits, and work in potentially hazardous outdoor environments.
