The Project Sales Representative will develop strategies to penetrate accounts, execute a sales plan, and build relationships with customers, focusing on heavy industrial and energy markets.

The Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager in coordinating project schedules, maintaining budgets, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and communicating project status while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Lead design and development of custom rigging and structural equipment including 3D models, fabrication drawings, load calculations, and test plans. Ensure compliance with industry standards, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with field and production teams, support on-site lifts, manage schedules and costs, and drive continuous improvement for safety and efficiency.
