Develops and grows customer accounts in heavy industrial and energy markets through prospecting, jobsite visits, proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, and relationship management. Identifies expansion opportunities, builds sales plans, qualifies leads, estimates project costs, closes profitable work, and coordinates project development with Operations. Requires industrial sales expertise, familiarity with heavy lifting and transportation, strong communication skills, and frequent travel to customer sites.

Manages heavy construction and rigging projects from sales handoff through execution, overseeing safety, schedules, budgets, profitability, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates project teams, field leadership, crews, equipment, engineers, vendors, and suppliers. Reviews contracts and project scope, develops schedules and identifies critical path risks, communicates project status, and resolves potential cost or schedule issues. Travel and field leadership management are required.

Manage industrial construction projects from award through closeout, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, risk, customer satisfaction, crews, equipment, vendors, and field leadership. Responsibilities include contract review, proposal support, project scheduling, critical-path management, status reporting, issue resolution, and coordination across customers, engineers, suppliers, and project teams. Projects may involve nuclear power, government, manufacturing, and other industrial sites.
