Temporary CAD Designer/Drafter supporting heavy-lift, rigging, transportation, and equipment-setting projects. Responsibilities include creating and revising 2D and 3D drawings, equipment layouts, lift plans, rigging arrangements, fabrication drawings, and project documentation. The role coordinates with engineers, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel, incorporates field changes, tracks drawing revisions, and verifies site conditions through walkdowns. This is an on-site position in an active industrial construction environment with occasional travel.

Provides project documentation, scheduling, administrative, and coordination support for industrial construction activities. Maintains project records, RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, reports, and close-out documentation. Coordinates meetings, timesheets, expenses, invoices, procurement, employee onboarding, site training, and badging. Requires advanced Excel, strong organization, communication, and deadline-management skills. The temporary assignment is expected to last 6–12 months, with possible extension.

Develops customer relationships and drives sales of heavy lift, rigging, transportation, and specialized project solutions. Identifies opportunities, evaluates jobsites, prepares estimates and proposals, leads customer presentations and negotiations, and coordinates transitions to execution. Collaborates with engineering, operations, and field teams to deliver safe, technically sound solutions. Requires industrial sales or related experience, technical aptitude, project management skills, regular travel, jobsite mobility, and a valid driver’s license.
