The Business Development Manager will grow the SIPP market by establishing and deepening adviser relationships, manage non-advised enquiries, and directly contribute to shaping the business's strategy.

Provide project support for pension scheme initiatives including data cleansing, existence checks, calculation matrix building, delivery coordination, status reporting to trustees, and assisting with new client implementations and parallel payroll checks.

Manage and strengthen a portfolio of pension administration clients, provide consultancy on Defined Benefit administration, handle budgets/fees, support business development and retention, lead client meetings, mitigate complaints, and promote the firm at industry events while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
