Litigation Associate handling white collar matters, investigations, and complex commercial litigation in Tennessee state and federal courts. Responsibilities include discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, trial preparation, case strategy, client representation, legal research, writing, and collaboration with trial lawyers. The role requires Tennessee Bar admission, strong academic credentials, and 3 to 6 years of law-firm litigation experience.

Coordinates firmwide internal meetings, training programs, summits, retreats, and events from planning through follow-up. Manages scheduling, registration, stakeholder communications, attendance data, meeting technology, logistics, vendors, and onsite or virtual execution. Serves as a technical host or producer, resolves operational issues, maintains accurate systems and records, and supports process improvements and special initiatives. Collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities independently.

Provides privacy counseling and regulatory guidance to clients; drafts data retention policies, privacy and data processing agreements, incident response plans, breach reports, and notifications. Assists with data breach response and AI matters while monitoring privacy, AI, and cybersecurity laws. Requires strong legal research and writing skills, CIPP certification, relevant privacy experience, and active or eligible bar admission.
