The Public Finance Associate will represent clients in debt securities, structure finance transactions, draft legal documents, and manage multiple cases. Requires strong legal drafting and communication skills.

The Public Finance Associate will structure and execute finance transactions, drafting legal documents related to public and project finance, and interact with clients and market participants.

Represent clients in complex commercial and consumer products litigation, including product liability, mass torts, MDLs, class actions, discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial preparation. Work primarily in New Jersey state courts with collaborative firm teams. Must have strong academics, independent drive, and NJ bar admission; NY bar and federal court experience preferred.
