Barnes & Thornburg Benefits Overview

Represent clients in complex commercial and consumer products litigation, including product liability, mass torts, MDLs, class actions, discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial preparation. Work primarily in New Jersey state courts with collaborative firm teams. Must have strong academics, independent drive, and NJ bar admission; NY bar and federal court experience preferred.

Manage day-to-day and strategic administrative functions across HR, operations, facilities, administrative support, and office financials. Supervise and develop staff, oversee recruiting and onboarding, administer timekeeping and budgets, manage vendor and facilities relationships, process invoices, plan office events, and serve as operational liaison and advisor to leadership to ensure smooth office operations.

Handle all phases of complex product liability and mass tort litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, client strategy, and courtroom advocacy. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced AmLaw environment developing case strategy and managing multifaceted matters. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
