The Chief Human Resources Officer leads the firm’s HR strategy and department, advising C-suite leaders on workforce planning and organizational initiatives. Responsibilities include recruiting, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HRIS oversight, policy development, employment-law compliance, regulatory reporting, and workforce analytics. The role manages HR budgets and teams, oversees employment processes, partners with legal counsel, and supports talent development, organizational capability, and strategic change across a multi-state or global organization.

Provide lender-side representation on syndicated and asset-based loan transactions, draft and negotiate credit and security documentation, handle restructurings/workouts, manage acquisition and leveraged financings, and maintain client relationships while working closely with partners.

Provide counsel on aviation and general corporate matters, support aircraft transactions (acquisitions, leasing, financing), draft and negotiate transaction documents, advise on structuring and compliance, manage multiple client matters, and collaborate across offices.
