Leads Barings’ North American Insurance Solutions business by advising insurers across the US, Bermuda, and Canada; designing investment and portfolio solutions; driving franchise growth; managing senior client relationships; shaping product strategy; representing the firm externally; and mentoring colleagues. The role requires deep expertise in insurance asset management, capital frameworks, portfolio construction, regulatory considerations, and investment strategies.

Support delivery of UK & EMEA marketing plans and local activation of global campaigns. Coordinate campaigns, email and CRM workflows, content distribution, events, compliance reviews, budget tracking, and reporting with sales, investment and central marketing teams.

Provides proactive, confidential administrative support to the European Real Estate Equity team. Responsibilities include complex domestic and international travel coordination, expense management, calendar and meeting management, event coordination, presentation and talking-point preparation, documentation, data entry, reporting, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship management, initiative, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Concur.
