Drafts and negotiates fund documentation, manages external counsel, supports investor discussions, advises on regulatory and risk matters, and assists with distribution and marketing queries. Collaborates with Legal, Product Management, Investment Teams, and other business functions while improving team processes and handling complex legal issues.

Leads Barings’ global technology and data strategy, operating model, senior technology leadership team, AI adoption, application development, data capabilities, cybersecurity, infrastructure, resilience, and digital transformation. Partners with executives, risk, compliance, and the board to govern investment, vendors, delivery, and technology risk while building a high-performing, innovative organization.

Leads Barings’ global product strategy and management organization across public and private asset classes. Owns the product roadmap, investment cases, launches, lifecycle reviews, vehicle structures, pricing, competitive intelligence, and governance. Partners with investment, distribution, legal, compliance, finance, risk, and operations leaders while representing products in senior governance forums. Builds and develops a global product team serving institutional, insurance, and wealth clients.
