Teams at Barings

Lead client portfolio management and business development for Barings’ private credit strategies, with a primary focus on portfolio finance. Partner with investment teams, sales, clients, and prospects to communicate investment strategies, grow assets under management, support product development, negotiate fund terms, coordinate positioning initiatives, create thought leadership materials, and mentor junior team members.

Supports Global Client Group leadership and U.S. regional sales heads through financial analysis, executive reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, process improvement, and operational projects. The role translates complex findings into actionable insights, improves reporting tools and workflows, coordinates stakeholders across finance, technology, and product management, and responds to ad hoc business requests.

Leads Barings’ North American Insurance Solutions business by advising insurers across the US, Bermuda, and Canada; designing investment and portfolio solutions; driving franchise growth; managing senior client relationships; shaping product strategy; representing the firm externally; and mentoring colleagues. The role requires deep expertise in insurance asset management, capital frameworks, portfolio construction, regulatory considerations, and investment strategies.
