Provides proactive, confidential administrative support to the U.S. COO and Legal teams. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, domestic and international travel planning, expense processing through Concur, document and presentation preparation, information flow, vendor coordination, confidential communications, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, executive presence, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Oversee accounting and finance responsibilities for private investment portfolios, including real estate and commercial mortgage loans. Maintain general and sub-ledgers, prepare trial balances and financial statements, manage quarterly close processes, and oversee capital calls and distributions. Coordinate with third-party providers, investment teams, valuation teams, and senior management. Implement fund structures in accounting systems, produce client reports and performance metrics, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Oversee accounting and finance activities for private real estate investments, including partnership waterfalls, general and sub-ledgers, trial balances, quarterly closes, capital calls, distributions, and client reporting. Manage deliverable quality and workflow, produce financial performance metrics, collaborate with investment and portfolio teams, and communicate with senior management and internal stakeholders. The role also includes managing associates and preparing ad hoc reports.
