Coordinates Baringa’s independent associate network, maintaining talent profiles, skills, availability, and location data. Manages supplier and recruitment partner relationships, sourcing activities, candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, onboarding, contracting, extensions, and offboarding. Partners with staffing and consulting teams on workforce planning and resourcing decisions while supporting reporting, data quality, process improvement, and system enhancements.

Supports EMEA billing, time recording, invoicing, employee and associate expenses, credit control, cash allocation, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, audits, and finance queries. The role maintains financial controls and compliance, supports internal stakeholders, and identifies process improvements. It operates Monday through Friday during EET/EEST business hours with flexibility and requires strong accounts receivable or finance operations experience.

Own client project workstreams from planning through delivery, structure complex problems, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and develop recommendations and client deliverables. Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder interactions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and business growth. The role requires consulting experience, strong communication and analytical skills, independent workstream management, and willingness to travel to client sites.
