The role gathers and translates business requirements, improves processes through automation and AI, coordinates stakeholders and technical teams, manages technology demand intake and prioritization, and supports portfolio governance, capacity planning, benefits tracking, and reporting using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.

Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve on-premises and Azure infrastructure. Manage Windows servers, databases, Active Directory, Entra ID, networking, backups, monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation, and access controls.
