BarFly is the parent company of HopCat, Stella's Lounge, and Grand Rapids Brewing Company - we are headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

BarFly was founded in 2008 after the opening of HopCat in Downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. In addition to its four restaurants in Grand Rapids, BarFly owns and operates additional HopCat locations in markets throughout Michigan and the Midwest.

BarFly isn't your typical restaurant group. We recycle and compost up to 90 percent of the waste we generate.
