Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, data-quality issues, and improvement opportunities. Build data pipelines, logical data models, dashboards, visual reports, and automated reporting processes. Translate analytical findings into business recommendations, support risk and control activities, and collaborate with stakeholders. The role also requires payments-domain knowledge, software development lifecycle delivery, and familiarity with cloud, CI/CD, machine learning, and AI concepts.

Lead the strategy and growth of Barclaycard Payments’ Value Added Services portfolio, including merchant finance, FX, cross-border payments, account-to-account payments, and partner-led propositions. Define product vision, business cases, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes. Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee risk and controls, use data to guide decisions, and develop partnerships with fintechs, processors, schemes, and other providers.

The GEN AI Architect will define and govern the bank's data architecture to support business strategy, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
