This role oversees business area operations, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration, fostering process improvements and team development.

Oversee financial aspects of trading: reconcile daily P&L to trading book, investigate discrepancies, maintain trading data integrity, assess and report trading risks, prepare regulatory reports, support audits, and communicate insights to traders, risk teams and senior stakeholders. Lead or supervise team activities, drive continuous improvement, embed controls and policies, and partner across functions to ensure compliant, accurate reporting and strong risk management.

Review and investigate sanctions alerts for customers and payments, determine true matches under OFAC/OFSI/EU/UN rules, analyse SWIFT messages, escalate as required, lead/guide complex investigations, and drive process improvements to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate financial crime risk.
