Support the Head of Technical Services in maintaining hotel facilities, equipment, and furniture. Supervise inventory, preventive maintenance, grounds and sports facilities, safety and pest-control programs, budget studies, and event-related work. Assist with staff scheduling, attendance records, and personnel management.

Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas following hotel procedures: make beds, ventilate, replenish toiletries and minibar, check furniture and installations, handle guest requests and lost & found, prepare and clean work materials, send laundry, and complete occupancy reports.

Ensure cleanliness and good condition of all customer tableware and dishware, maintain cleaning stations and equipment, use detergents and disinfectants, follow safety procedures, and assist with upkeep of assigned facilities and tools.
