Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructures for DoD MC&FP programs. Manage lifecycle of cloud environments, ensure compliance with government cybersecurity standards, optimize performance and costs, and develop cloud strategy across public, private, and hybrid models.

Lead external stakeholder engagement and partner coordination for MC&FP, develop and execute engagement plans, represent MC&FP in forums, analyze external feedback and reputational risk, produce briefings and talking points, and coordinate internal teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach.
