Lead and grow a Gender, Governance & Accountability portfolio by designing and delivering media capacity-building programmes, coordinating misinformation response within a multi-organization collective, managing partners and staff, fundraising and budgeting, monitoring mis/disinformation trends, and producing reports and public resources to strengthen media accountability and gender-sensitive reporting.

Lead development and delivery of a nationwide creative economy and innovation program portfolio: manage partners, budgets, schedules, M&E, fundraising, grant processes, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, risk mitigation, and reporting.

Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes, support vendor management and onboarding, maintain audit-ready procurement and asset records, ensure compliant sourcing and payments, track procurement status, identify and escalate risks, and implement procurement and inventory controls across teams.

Lead community and partnership strategy for Baraza Media Lab across hubs in Kenya. Manage membership lifecycle, engagement initiatives, events, and regional teams; build strategic partnerships; coordinate communications and data tracking to grow an active media and creative community.
