Coordinates nursing staff development and regulatory education in a Kentucky care facility. Teaches NATCEP and CPR courses, maintains course and certification records, submits testing documentation, and supports nursing compliance, monitoring, and education. Leads or supports QAPI performance improvement projects through data analysis, staff coaching, and collaboration with organizational leadership. Requires an active Kentucky RN or LPN license and Methods of Instruction certification.
