Manage end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with California wage and hour laws and union agreements. Process wages, deductions, garnishments, benefits remittances, audits, payroll adjustments, certified payroll, system validations, reporting, supervise payroll staff, and collaborate with HR and Finance.

Review and verify fabrication shop and field erection drawings and Tekla models for accuracy and conformance with project requirements and standards (AISC, AWS, IBC, ADA). Coordinate with project teams, review RFIs and submittals, correct missing information, and ensure weld symbols, connections, dimensions, and materials are accurate before customer submission.

Oversee structural steel projects from planning through completion: coordinate engineers, architects, and contractors; create schedules; manage budgets and change orders; meet with clients and vendors; visit job sites and ensure contractual and fabrication standards are met.

Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholders; ensure cost control, change order accounting, and on-site problem solving while visiting job sites as needed.
