Manage and grow an established customer territory across Canberra, regional NSW, and the South Coast. Build relationships with workshops, auto electricians, fleet operators, and trade customers; identify new business opportunities; provide product solutions; prepare quotations; negotiate pricing; close sales; coordinate with branch teams; monitor market activity; and analyze purchasing trends to increase territory sales.

Receive, unload, store, pick, pack, dispatch, and replenish truck and trailer parts. Complete local deliveries across Adelaide, assist with stock checks and inventory control, maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness, and support sales and parts teams while providing friendly customer service.

Provide exceptional customer service and automotive product advice, support store sales targets, maintain a clean and safe retail environment, and assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control. The role requires teamwork, adherence to company policies and safety practices, and an eagerness to learn and develop within the business.
