Teams at Banza

The Controller leads Banza’s accounting function, owning cash and working capital visibility, monthly close, GAAP compliance, controls, inventory valuation, cost accounting, COGS, A/P, A/R, debt covenant reporting, audits, tax compliance, and finance systems. The role strengthens accounting processes through automation, partners with FP&A and Strategy & Analytics, and leads the accounting team as the company scales.

Own Banza’s brand marketing work across packaging, design, influencer and creator partnerships, events, trade shows, ambassador programs, and in-store demonstrations. Manage external designers, agencies, vendors, and ambassadors; maintain marketing calendars and processes; coordinate packaging through print-ready production; support influencer strategy and UGC development; execute events; and track performance to guide investment decisions.
