Lead APAC legal function providing end-to-end M&A support and GC-style advice across APAC headquarters and operating companies. Negotiate transaction documents, develop M&A playbooks and policies, support post-acquisition integration, advise on contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment, insurance, risk mitigation, and training aligned with local laws.

Lead and personally build NCTs initial AI capabilities (RAG, LLM orchestration, multi-agent workflows), refactor legacy Microsoft-stack components into cloud-native services, deploy compliant AI features (HIPAA, CJIS), then scale and mentor an AI-native engineering team while partnering with Banyan centralized AI initiatives.

The Software QA Lead ensures product quality at The Lake Companies through testing strategy, direction of QA testers, and defect management. Responsibilities include overseeing release readiness, maintaining defect metrics, and leading quality standards enforcement to minimize customer-reported issues.
