Embed with application teams to lead cloud-native modernization on AWS. Drive AI-assisted SDLC adoption, implement IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices, contribute code, resolve integration challenges, and provide consultative change management and feedback to central engineering.

Identify and engage vertical market software companies to source acquisition targets. Execute outbound prospecting, build relationships with owners and executives, manage nurturing programs, perform market research, collaborate with M&A and portfolio teams, track activity in Salesforce and Gong Engage, and meet sourcing KPIs to drive Banyan's acquisition pipeline.

Serve as shared in-house counsel for a portfolio of software companies and support HQ legal matters. Lead post-close onboarding, build self-serve legal templates and training, manage external counsel and IP relationships, handle commercial and employment disputes, coordinate privacy/data incidents, and implement AI-enabled legal workflows to scale support across the portfolio.
