Follows laboratory policies, regulatory standards, and safety precautions while using department equipment and maintaining accurate, detailed work.

Coordinates technical laboratory activities, applies advanced testing knowledge, supports complex problem-solving, and helps maintain compliance with CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements. The role requires laboratory testing experience, attention to detail, effective communication, safe handling of biological and chemical hazards, and competency with department-specific equipment.
