Prepares loan and security documentation, reviews appraisals, validates construction costs, coordinates title, escrow, insurance, and funding statements, administers disbursements, maintains complete loan files, supports lien perfection and loan modifications, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulations. Provides guidance and mentorship to newer team members.

Consults on bank products, develops lending and referral pipelines, opens and maintains accounts, processes financial transactions, supports loan applications, resolves client issues, and mentors branch team members. Requires strong relationship-building, sales, credit analysis, communication, and banking operations skills.
