Serves as the primary branch contact for clients, processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account services. Builds relationships by understanding financial needs, recommending banking products and digital tools, making referrals, resolving concerns, and supporting lending applications. Maintains accurate cash balances, follows banking policies and regulations, and delivers professional service through in-person, phone, and email interactions.

Provides branch-based banking sales and service, including processing transactions, balancing cash drawers, opening and maintaining accounts, supporting lending applications, resolving client concerns, and recommending banking products. Builds client relationships through appointments, outbound calls, networking, referrals, and consultative sales. Ensures compliance, supports branch operations, and may train or mentor team members.
