The role involves managing a portfolio of Middle Market clients through relationship development and tailored financial solutions, while ensuring credit quality and compliance. You'll engage deeply with clients, negotiate loan terms, and support community visibility efforts.

Design and evolve enterprise platform architecture, self-service provisioning, and automation. Implement Azure policy-as-code and Ansible automation, govern Kubernetes/Helm platforms, observability, SLO/SLI, incident response, multi-region strategies, AI/ML infrastructure, and mentor engineers.

Serve as the branchs client-facing representative: process transactions, balance cash drawer, open and maintain accounts, consult clients on products and digital tools, identify sales and referral opportunities, support lending processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service.
