Provides consultative banking sales and service at branch locations, builds consumer and business lending pipelines, develops client relationships, generates referrals, opens and maintains accounts, supports loan applications, processes transactions, and helps train branch team members.

Serve as the welcoming face of a bank branch by delivering client service, processing transactions, balancing cash, opening and maintaining accounts, resolving issues, and recommending banking products. Build client relationships, identify referral opportunities, support lending applications, educate clients on digital banking, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Manage mortgage loan closing and funding activities, including validating disclosures, preparing closing packages, resolving complex documentation and fee discrepancies, maintaining accurate loan data, and coordinating with borrowers, settlement agents, loan officers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and internal requirements, monitor closing pipelines, track loan statuses, identify risks and delays, support audit readiness, and deliver timely, accurate closings.
