Support wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction. Prepare plans, specifications, technical reports, perform engineering calculations and modeling, coordinate with surveying and technician staff, assist with construction administration and startup, ensure projects meet schedule and budget, and mentor junior staff.

Provide administrative support across HR and Operations including onboarding, event and meeting coordination, HR records and recruiting coordination, office and visitor reception, project document preparation, data entry, and general office organization and errands.
