Provides application and development support for mission-critical systems, including developing and maintaining Workday integrations, resolving escalated application issues, managing deployments and patches, monitoring configurations, authoring reports and technical documentation, and supporting system implementations. The role coordinates with vendors and business units, participates in application projects, ensures data integrity and regulatory compliance, and serves as a subject matter expert for supported cloud applications.

Provides legal counsel for vendor and technology services agreements, leads contract administration and lifecycle management, advises procurement and third-party risk teams, oversees contract technology implementation, and supports corporate, regulatory, compliance, litigation, and intellectual property matters for the bank.

Manages the bank’s Fraud Investigations Unit, overseeing internal and external fraud investigations, recovery efforts, quality assurance, case governance, reporting, intelligence sharing, and fraud awareness. Leads investigators, reviews complex cases, identifies fraud trends and control weaknesses, coordinates with compliance, legal, HR, security, and business teams, and ensures regulatory adherence. Develops metrics, dashboards, process improvements, and technology initiatives while making risk-based decisions in a high-volume environment.
