Prepares financial statement spreads and credit analysis reports for corporate and commercial real estate loans. Evaluates repayment sources, loan grades, risk factors, collateral, borrower compliance, and renewal recommendations. Maintains the loan analysis pipeline, supports lending teams, ensures Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and participates in ad hoc projects.

Develops and oversees an independent Second Line of Defense controls testing program for IT and cybersecurity controls. Performs design and effectiveness assessments, evaluates compliance with policies and regulatory frameworks, identifies control gaps, validates remediation, coordinates penetration testing, and communicates risk findings to management. Supports audits, regulatory examinations, emerging-risk monitoring, methodology enhancements, and collaboration with technology, security, compliance, risk, and audit teams.

Administers and facilitates organizational development, talent management, leadership development, performance management, engagement survey, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives. Coordinates high-potential programs, maintains talent data and development records, analyzes survey and program data, and prepares reports and presentations for leaders. Provides change-management communications, training, stakeholder coordination, and operational support while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. The hybrid role requires 0–10% travel and compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies.
