Leads the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act finance and community development strategy. Oversees CRA-qualified lending, investments, services, affordable housing initiatives, LIHTC and EQ2 portfolios, grants, outreach, and community partnerships. Manages Community Development Officers, advises business lines, coordinates with investment, credit, lending, tax, and ALCO teams, and presents performance updates to senior leadership. Ensures accurate CRA documentation, reporting, regulatory compliance, and social impact communications.

Supports National Title Solutions clients through phone and email service, bank account opening and maintenance, deposits, wire transfer coordination, reporting, documentation, correspondence, and issue resolution. Assists department leaders with projects, applies private banking policies, exercises delegated approval authority, and ensures compliance with banking regulations, anti-money-laundering requirements, and suspicious activity reporting procedures.

Performs basic accounting support, account reconciliation, journal entry preparation, ledger and record maintenance, data posting, issue resolution, and routine clerical duties. Communicates with internal departments, vendors, customers, and branches to obtain information and resolve discrepancies. Maintains accuracy, meets deadlines, follows accounting policies, complies with banking regulations, and reports suspicious activity.
