Design, develop, configure, and integrate custom ServiceNow scoped applications using App Engine, Flow Designer and Integration Hub. Implement front- and back-end scripts, Service Portal components, Virtual Agent, mobile features, and 3rd-party integrations. Participate in Agile ceremonies, produce technical documentation, troubleshoot configurations, and maintain platform certifications and release updates while adhering to bank compliance requirements.

Designs and governs the ServiceNow platform architecture, security, data governance, integrations, and instance health. Provides technical leadership, resolves escalations, supports SDLC activities, runs workshops/prototypes, enforces best practices, and collaborates with enterprise architects and other platform teams to deliver and support ServiceNow solutions.

Design, build, and improve recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and BI tools. Partner with FP&A and IT to validate requirements and data integrity, extract and automate data pipelines, apply analytics to identify financial opportunities, and communicate results to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.
