Prepare and support quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions, analyze temporary/permanent differences, draft technical memos, prepare tax returns and disclosures, perform research, support audits and tax examinations, maintain UTP and tax workpapers, and assist with automation and responses to federal/state tax authorities.

Leads 1–3 bank branches to achieve sales, revenue, and credit quality goals. Spends ~70% of time on business acquisition, coaches and develops staff, manages budgets and operations, ensures compliance and risk controls, grows customer relationships and community presence, and oversees hiring and performance management.

The ERM Risk Analyst will assist in issue management, compile risk assessment data, support reporting processes, and ensure compliance with risk management standards.
