Prepare and review initial disclosures and redisclosures within TRID deadlines; validate loan data, fees, forms, and compliance reports; manage disclosure dashboards, certifications, verifications, and fraud checks; communicate discrepancies to originators and marketing teams; maintain procedures and ensure loans comply with regulatory, agency, investor, and BankPlus requirements.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains automation workflows, scripts, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions across business departments. Partners with stakeholders to define requirements, monitors deployed automations, troubleshoots issues, documents technical processes, and identifies process-improvement opportunities while following enterprise architecture and security standards.

Supports commercial lending relationships by coordinating loan processing, closing, funding, documentation, customer communications, scheduling, and file maintenance. Prepares advances, renewals, extensions, amendments, payoff letters, and collateral filings; resolves credit and collateral exceptions; compiles credit information; and ensures compliance with bank policies and federal regulations. The role also supports product cross-selling, customer service, reporting, and departmental operations.
