Supports business banking leadership and clients with onboarding, installation, troubleshooting, training, servicing, documentation, compliance, auditing, and product usage reporting for electronic banking and deposit products. Participates in client calls, presentations, cross-selling, referrals, technology testing, regulatory audits, and process improvement.
