Lead performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management, and succession planning. Develop and benchmark reward programs, oversee performance reviews, drive workforce and career planning, ensure compliance with bank policies and Jordanian labor law, provide leadership across offices, and support decisions with HR metrics and data-driven reporting.

Lead development and enhancement of digital banking products by defining vision, prioritizing features, coordinating stakeholders, optimizing delivery channels, monitoring technical performance, handling customer issues, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring business continuity.
