Deploys, configures, administers, monitors, and supports operating systems and infrastructure, including mainframes, storage, memory, personal computers, backups, and disaster recovery environments. Manages access, upgrades, security protections, system testing, troubleshooting, Jira issue tracking, and business continuity responsibilities. The role ensures reliable system performance, supports users, validates modifications, and improves operational efficiency.

Oversee end-to-end IT demand management, including intake, requirements gathering, prioritization, pipeline and backlog management, governance, reporting, business case analysis, and transition of approved initiatives into project execution. The role partners with business stakeholders, IT leaders, architecture and delivery teams to align demand with strategic priorities, capacity, value, and organizational standards while improving demand management processes and tools.

Supports employee engagement, belonging, and workplace culture initiatives across the Bank and overseas branches. Responsibilities include employee communications, newsletters, meetings, surveys, eNPS analysis, engagement dashboards, HR policy improvements, EVP development, events, exit interviews, onboarding follow-up, and emergency response participation. The role analyzes employee feedback, recommends improvements, and collaborates across HR functions to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, productivity, and organizational commitment.
