Lead performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management, and succession planning. Develop and benchmark reward programs, oversee performance reviews, drive workforce and career planning, ensure compliance with bank policies and Jordanian labor law, provide leadership across offices, and support decisions with HR metrics and data-driven reporting.

Lead IT governance for security and resilience by aligning IT operations with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and COBIT; coordinate risk assessments, IT risk management, BC/DR, audits, incident response, and remediation; report security posture to senior management and promote security culture across IT.

Manage end-to-end IT demand intake, prioritize and align requests with strategy and capacity, maintain demand pipeline and backlog, facilitate prioritization sessions, assess feasibility with technical teams, produce dashboards and reports, ensure governance and EA compliance, support investment planning and transition approved demand to projects.
