Serves as the primary contact for mass-affluent clients, identifying financial needs and recommending banking, investment, insurance, lending, and advisory solutions. Builds and expands client relationships, acquires new assets, meets sales targets, supports onboarding, and coordinates referrals and community outreach. Manages portfolios, reviews credit applications, ensures regulatory compliance, mentors branch personnel, and resolves client issues while protecting the bank through sound risk-management practices.

Builds and manages relationships with mass-affluent banking clients by identifying financial needs, recommending banking, investment, lending, and insurance solutions, and acquiring new assets. Meets sales and service targets, develops portfolio business plans, coordinates outreach and client events, supports onboarding, and mentors branch personnel. Reviews credit applications, follows risk and compliance requirements, maintains client confidentiality, and partners with financial advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver holistic financial guidance.
