Develops, tests, implements, and maintains Salesforce applications using Lightning, Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and database technologies. Translates business requirements into technical specifications, supports system design, troubleshoots applications, applies security and performance standards, manages releases and version control, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders. The role also contributes to integration, risk management, quality assurance, and software development lifecycle activities.

Provides cybersecurity advisory and governance support across technology initiatives, application changes, infrastructure updates, and deployments. Reviews architectures, security controls, authentication, authorization, data handling, and integrations; identifies risks; validates documentation and evidence; coordinates remediation and approvals; and advises business and technology stakeholders. The role emphasizes security frameworks, stakeholder engagement, risk-informed recommendations, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement rather than hands-on security operations or engineering.

Leads strategy execution and business management for Cash Equities and Global Index & ETF businesses. Responsibilities include business planning, financial performance management, reporting, strategic investments, transformation initiatives, organizational effectiveness, stakeholder alignment, governance, regulatory response, risk management, audits, and operational resilience. Partners across front-office, technology, operations, finance, HR, legal, compliance, and risk functions to improve growth, profitability, efficiency, client outcomes, and control effectiveness.
