Coordinates third-party reports and loan closings for complex commercial real estate loans, including flood, environmental, and title reports. Reviews title policies, escrow documentation, legal entity structures, lien perfection, real property insurance, and environmental assessments. Collaborates with internal banking groups, vendors, and service providers while providing guidance to Title and Escrow Coordinators and supporting accurate, timely commercial loan execution.

Provides operational and analytical support to the Compliance Department through regulatory reporting, internal reviews, document maintenance, research, task tracking, and administrative activities. Supports HMDA, CRA, Adverse Action, Regulation B, disclosure notifications, collateral insurance tracking, and related compliance processes. Manages recurring deadlines, researches issues, maintains accurate records, improves processes, and collaborates with management, employees, vendors, and peers.

Markets new commercial banking clients and manages, grows, and maintains portfolio relationships involving loans, deposits, and cash management products. The role oversees complex commercial loans, meets portfolio growth and credit quality goals, explains banking products, and partners with portfolio management and credit administration to close loans efficiently. It also provides guidance to junior relationship managers and requires strong commercial credit, underwriting, accounting, communication, sales, and public relations skills.
