Teams at Bank of Marin

Manages the Sonoma County banking market by retaining and expanding existing relationships, developing new business, and achieving deposit-growth targets. Identifies business and high-net-worth prospects, conducts strategic outreach, recommends appropriate deposit and lending products, and coordinates solutions with banking specialists. Builds relationships with decision-makers and community organizations, serves as the primary contact for deposit needs, and promotes the bank through community involvement.

Manage a portfolio of commercial credits from application through closing, including underwriting, financial analysis, documentation, risk monitoring, covenant compliance, renewals, and loan advances. Partner with Relationship Managers and credit teams to support client relationships, identify banking opportunities, respond to inquiries, and maintain portfolio quality. The role also prepares credit proposals and may assist with Credit Analyst training.

Manages complex commercial lending portfolios from application through closing, including underwriting, credit analysis, loan structuring, documentation, covenant monitoring, renewals, and risk management. Partners with relationship managers and credit teams, supports client service and relationship growth, reviews complex credit requests, processes loan advances, and mentors junior portfolio managers and credit analysts.
