Bank First Benefits Overview

Leads the bank’s CRA and Fair Lending compliance programs, including HMDA and CRA data validation and reporting, regulatory examination readiness, risk assessments, monitoring, regulatory research, and senior management reporting. Partners with business lines on community development and lending initiatives, provides compliance training, evaluates monitoring systems, and promotes an organization-wide culture of compliance.

Plans and leads strategic projects across the organization, including system implementations, process improvements, regulatory initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and technology enhancements. Coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, testing, timelines, risks, communications, and implementation activities. Develops project documentation and status reporting, facilitates stakeholder meetings, supports compliance and security requirements, and identifies process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer and employee experiences.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for the bank, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements, month/quarter/year-end close, internal controls, audit coordination, regulatory reporting support, technical accounting guidance, and process improvement/automation across Finance.
