Provides personalized financial guidance by assessing client goals, recommending banking and investment strategies, building financial plans, managing referrals, and identifying prospective clients. The role requires client relationship development, risk mitigation, licensing and training completion, and compliance with SAFE Act registration requirements for potential mortgage loan origination.

Manages complex treasury client implementations from inception through completion, serving as the primary client interface and coordinating cash management, payments, card, merchant, and deposit solutions. Partners with sales and product teams, develops data-driven client recommendations, identifies cross-sell opportunities, resolves escalations, manages project plans and stakeholders, and ensures successful implementation and handoff to client services.

Supports Treasury Sales Officers in managing and growing domestic and international client portfolios. Responsibilities include client research, sales pipeline and profitability analysis, pricing support, proposal and pitchbook preparation, KYC onboarding coordination, client implementation, relationship deepening, and revenue tracking. Partners with product specialists, AML, onboarding, and service teams to develop customized treasury solutions, support client meetings, resolve escalated service issues, and identify new business opportunities.
