Provides client service and operational support to multiple Financial Advisors and their clients. Responsibilities include educating clients on banking offerings, preparing accurate materials, fulfilling service requests, following bank policies, managing risk, strengthening client relationships, identifying referral opportunities, and supporting daily team operations. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, attention to detail, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Partner with Business Banking relationship managers to identify and close employee benefits sales (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, NQDC, Health Benefit Solutions) for accounts under $10M. Coordinate pipeline with RMs, sales teams and advisors; prepare sales materials, pricing, and proposals; manage client interactions through close. Provide guidance to junior staff. Requires deep retirement/benefits knowledge, strong sales skills, and required securities and insurance licenses.

Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and coaches multiple Agile teams and Release Trains. Manages dependencies, impediments, risks, metrics, delivery visibility, PI planning, release readiness, RAID management, compliance, and continuous improvement. Leads Solution Train coordination across ARTs, suppliers, and shared services while partnering with product, architecture, business, and technology leaders. Supports financial and resource planning, DevSecOps maturity, security readiness, and delivery performance in infrastructure, network, hosting, or cloud environments.
