Provide personalized financial advice and build financial plans using brokerage and banking products. Triage client leads, refer to internal partners, recommend investment strategies, and meet sales and regulatory requirements. Complete required licenses and SAFE Act registration if originating mortgages.

Provide second-line compliance and operational risk oversight for Global Markets; assess FLU processes and controls, identify and escalate risks, support regulatory inquiries and exams, develop risk reporting and monitoring, review new business and surveillance escalations, coordinate with legal and control functions, and maintain policies, training and regulatory change awareness.

Lead treasury advisory engagements for multinational clients, delivering strategic guidance on treasury strategy, operating models, liquidity, cash forecasting, TMS/ERP integration, and transformation. Develop thought leadership, collaborate with sales and product teams, support proposals, represent the bank at events, and drive advisory frameworks to optimize client treasury operations and governance.
