Conducts BSA/AML, CTF, OFAC, FinCEN 314(b), high-risk wire, and special monitoring investigations. Reviews transactional activity for suspicious patterns, sanctions concerns, and financial crime typologies; performs CDD and EDD; coordinates documentation with internal teams; prepares audit-ready investigative reports and recommendations; supports regulatory examinations, metrics, dashboards, and compliance monitoring.

Provides administrative and due diligence support for commercial credit pre-underwriting, including credit reports, lien searches, flood determinations, loan coding, financial documentation, and nCino loan setup. Ensures complete loan files are submitted to underwriting, resolves issues, responds to commercial credit inquiries, and identifies process improvements while maintaining policy compliance and customer service.

Sources and originates SBA 7(a) and USDA B&I loans, builds referral networks, analyzes borrower financials, structures complex transactions, and manages applications through commitment issuance. The role collaborates with underwriting and closing teams, ensures compliance with SBA and USDA guidelines, meets production targets, and represents the bank at industry and community events.
