Manage standard customer implementations from post-sale through setup and onboarding. Responsibilities include project coordination, customer training and education, system configuration, quality assurance, workflow documentation, issue identification, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management teams. Serve as a technical liaison while helping customers adopt Bandwidth products and realize business value.

Supports and optimizes enterprise network infrastructure across LAN/WAN, cloud, SaaS, wireless, SDN, and on-premises environments. Troubleshoots routing, switching, ISP, and hybrid AWS/Azure connectivity issues; automates monitoring and configuration with scripts and APIs; manages network platforms and vendor escalations for critical infrastructure. The role also handles documentation, audits, disaster recovery, proof-of-concept testing, root cause analysis, cross-functional projects, and mentoring junior engineers.

Generate qualified sales leads, conduct high-volume prospect outreach, schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives, meet performance metrics, understand SaaS, API, and telecom products, and build prospect relationships. The role includes structured sales training and career advancement through an SDR leveling program.
