Leads enterprise sourcing, procurement, and Vendor Management Office activities. Develops category strategies, negotiates supplier agreements, delivers Finance-validated savings, manages contracts and renewals, oversees vendor performance and risk governance, and maintains purchasing controls and records. Partners with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and business leaders while coaching sourcing and procurement staff.

Provides operational support for fintech client programs by monitoring compliance and risk reports, preparing unusual activity reports, processing ACH exceptions and returns, handling payments and checks, and resolving client and cardholder inquiries. The role supports account reviews, restrictions, closures, remediation, and cross-functional program execution while maintaining regulatory compliance with NACHA rules, federal requirements, and internal policies.

Leads strategic finance initiatives spanning financial planning, forecasting, capital and balance-sheet management, ALCO reporting, scenario modeling, and executive materials. Redesigns finance processes, workflows, controls, dashboards, and reporting systems; manages technology implementations and cross-functional projects; and delivers analyses and recommendations to executive leadership, ALCO, and the Board. Requires deep banking or regulated financial-services experience, advanced financial modeling, process architecture, and strong project-management skills.
