Provides in-house legal support to bank management and personnel on depository, lending, real estate, trust and estate, and litigation matters. Tracks legislation, regulations, and judicial decisions affecting banking. Reviews and negotiates contracts, corporate records, organizational documents, trust and estate documents, and real estate matters. Requires a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Develops and manages consumer, real estate, and construction loan portfolios; underwrites loans, monitors past-due accounts, conducts collection efforts, cross-sells banking products, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides customer service. The role requires consumer lending experience, knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and Truth-in-Lending requirements, familiarity with loan processing and collection software, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Investigates fraud alerts and operational loss reports, supports loss prevention and compliance processes, monitors operational risks, assists with risk detection systems, supports employee education, and coordinates with law enforcement and external parties. The role may also conduct sensitive investigative interviews and requires strong analytical, customer service, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills.
