Support account managers and producers by processing new, renewal, endorsement, and audit transactions; verify policy accuracy versus EPIC; perform quoting/rating upon licensure; assist with special projects, mailings, and submissions.

Provide administrative support to account managers and producers for employee benefits: prepare open enrollment materials, review applications, process enrollments/terminations/changes with carriers, and maintain client data in the agency management system. Regular attendance and computer/software proficiency required.

Process new, renewal, endorsement, certificate, and audit insurance transactions accurately and timely. Verify policy coverages in EPIC, assist account managers on projects, perform rating/quoting upon licensure, and follow processing checklists.
