Investigates fraud alerts and operational loss reports, supports loss prevention and compliance processes, monitors operational risks, assists with risk detection systems, supports employee education, and coordinates with law enforcement and external parties. Provides phone, email, and virtual appointment support to internal and external treasury clients. Requires strong communication, listening, critical-thinking, multitasking, and customer-service skills in a fast-paced onsite banking environment.

Supervise teller and CSR operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audits, cash handling, account servicing, and risk procedures. Train and coach operational staff, monitor reports and security systems, support hiring, review business account activity, and provide backup customer service and branch security coverage. Maintain exceptional customer service while managing deadlines, confidential matters, and daily branch operations.
