Leads commercial card sales strategy and revenue growth by developing client relationships, managing the full sales and implementation cycle, and expanding commercial cards, virtual cards, and integrated payables solutions. Serves as a subject matter expert, trains bankers, presents to executive clients, develops business development strategies, and partners with product and technology teams on integrations and enhancements.

Leads strategic finance, balance sheet strategy, capital and liquidity planning, investor relations, corporate development, financial modeling, valuation, and executive communications. Partners with senior leaders across Finance, Treasury, Strategy, and business lines to evaluate strategic opportunities, support mergers and acquisitions, prepare investor materials, and drive enterprise-level initiatives and shareholder value creation.

Provides administrative and executive support, including scheduling, travel coordination, expense processing, meeting and visitor arrangements, filing, presentations, and credit card reconciliation. Coordinates quarterly Board meetings, administers the Diligent board portal, supports senior management and Board Members, and manages multiple projects with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
