The Senior Customer Relationship Officer coaches and trains the Teller team, manages operations, ensures compliance with bank policies, and assists in performance evaluations and hiring.

Manage onboarding and servicing for affluent consumer and business clients, oversee new accounts, treasury management setup, transaction processing, wire requests, fraud monitoring, compliance with CIP/BSA/AML/OFAC, resolve client inquiries, and coach/manage staff to deliver high-touch relationship banking and operational excellence.

Support branch operations by processing transactions accurately, assisting tellers, approving transactions within limits, maintaining branch security and cash limits, responding to internal requests, referring customers to products, supporting audits, and following policies and procedures.
