Sources and manages commercial lending relationships, analyzes business and commercial real estate loan opportunities, performs borrower and guarantor underwriting, prepares credit presentations, and supports loan closings. Maintains ongoing portfolio and collateral analysis, manages financial ticklers, monitors regulatory compliance, and collaborates with administrators and legal counsel. Leads staff through hiring, performance evaluation, coaching, training, and goal planning while developing referral networks and maintaining client relationships.

Performs quality control reviews of BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC, transaction monitoring, and FinCEN regulatory reporting. Reconciles reported activity with bank systems, validates case files and workpapers, identifies technical errors, escalates investigative issues, communicates trends to management, and supports quality-control program improvements and Board-level reporting.

Open and maintain retail and commercial accounts, process complex client requests, and provide knowledgeable customer service. Cross-sell banking and treasury management products, prepare CIP/BSA documentation, support audits, teller operations, cash balancing, and end-of-day closing. Assist branch managers, train new employees, and contribute to branch goals while following banking policies and regulations.
