Oversee regulatory compliance, safeguarding, quality standards, and inspection readiness across assigned early years nurseries. Assess risks, monitor improvement actions, prepare reports, and support sustained operational improvements. Work independently with franchisees and Nursery Managers, lead challenging but constructive discussions, and build strong relationships across multiple locations. Regular regional travel and occasional overnight stays are required.

Designs and delivers face-to-face, virtual, and onsite training for nursery teams. Converts development needs, compliance themes, and operational trends into practical learning solutions; supports induction, coaching, curriculum initiatives, inspection readiness, and manager development. Creates training materials, monitors effectiveness, and partners with Compliance while maintaining current EYFS and regulatory knowledge.

Provide nurturing care and education for young children in a nursery setting. Plan and support imaginative learning experiences, promote child development under the EYFS, act as a key person, build relationships with families, maintain safeguarding standards, and collaborate with colleagues. Candidates must hold a Level 3 or higher early years qualification, relevant first aid and safeguarding training, enhanced DBS clearance, and previous nursery experience.
