Lead and manage day-to-day nursery operations, oversee staffing, budgets, compliance (EYFS), safeguarding and curriculum delivery, drive occupancy and community engagement, prepare for inspections, and develop the early years team to maintain high quality standards.

Designs and delivers face-to-face, virtual, and on-site training for nursery teams; develops practical learning materials and induction programmes; coaches leaders, monitors training effectiveness, supports regulatory inspection readiness, and partners with Compliance to address network-wide development priorities.

Lead and manage a nursery room delivering high-quality early years care. Plan and implement EYFS-based activities, supervise and mentor staff, maintain safety and safeguarding, engage with parents, and contribute to improvement and inspection readiness.
