Lead the preschool room team in delivering high-quality early education and care. Plan age-appropriate activities, safeguard children, support wellbeing, build relationships with families and colleagues, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with nursery standards. The role requires Early Years Professional status or an equivalent Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education, alongside strong knowledge of child development, safeguarding, leadership, and communication.

Conduct regular compliance and safeguarding audits across assigned franchise nurseries, manage quarterly self-audits and verification visits, support inspection readiness, report regional compliance trends, provide developmental support, and act as the primary compliance contact for franchisees.

Plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities, provide a safe caring environment, support individual child development, collaborate with the nursery team, and communicate progress with parents and carers.
